We accept returns only in the following cases:

🚚 RTO (Return to Origin) Refund Policy
We understand delivery issues happen. But when a customer is not available to receive the order even after 3 delivery attempts, the order is marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
Here’s how we handle it:
- Refund will be processed after we receive the returned package.
- The refund will be made after deducting forward and return shipping costs.
- You’ll be informed via email with all refund details.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
